After completion of his articles at EY, he managed African Finance and projects for a JSE listed financial services firm. He was also a member of the Group Steering Committee and played a role in the successful rollout and implementation of the Group’s IT system across the African subsidiaries.
Amir Joined Bowden Corporate Finance as a Transactor in November 2016.
Riette is currently working toward s achieving both her SAIPA and CIMA qualifications.
After completing her studies at the top of her honours class at North West University, she joined Kruger and Co, a small-medium sized audit firm where she focused on audit, tax and accounting. Riette joined the Bowden Corporate Finance team in January 2017.
Ruben is the founder of Axcel Insights. He is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, UK since 2014 with about 12 years of experience in assurance, corporate finance, restructuring work and mergers & acquisitions.
Previously he was a manager at EY Mauritius in the Transaction team with significant experience gained in working on valuations, IPOs, transaction support, business modelling, voluntary liquidations and administration.
