Bowden was formed in March of 2004, as a focused financial services provider to a clearly defined segment of the South African business market. Nearly two decades later Bowden still strives to find the right financial solutions for their client’s requirements to grow their businesses in an ever-changing economic environment.

The vision of Bowden is to provide smart Corporate Finance Solutions to meet the need of medium to large sized unlisted, private, family owned, entrepreneurial businesses in Sub-Saharan Africa.

Bowden Corporate Finance is powered by a team of quality, competent professionals which Bruce has the privilege to lead.

Bruce started his career at Gensec Bank, a leading investment bank that pioneered many market “firsts” in South Africa.
