Corporate Finance Analyst
–
Duties:
– Assist the Corporate Finance Manager in the execution of all mandates/ jobs/ projects providing critical support throughout the entire process from cradle to grave.
– Prepare all financial and commercial aspects of financial modelling and forecasting.
– Preparation of financial valuations, investor returns.
– Prepare information memorandums and valuation reports that are accurate and of high quality.
– Executing on the transaction checklist to ensure all deliverables meet agreed timeframes and execute specific items on the project checklist.
– Present reports as required by CFM. May further be required to report certain findings of the report to clients.
– Prepare due diligence reports for buy-side acquisitions and manage due diligence investigations for sell-side transactions, including obtaining all relevant company information and organizing due diligence data in a structured format.
– Conduct market research to enable CFM to build an information database which may include, industry, target, competitor, economic and regulatory analysis. Source material for investor identification.
